Ron has owned several successful, small businesses. Ron has been a SCORE counselor for the Small Business Administration. He continues to consult with small business owners to help them improve upon their successes and now offers help with promotional products including custom T-shirts and ball caps. For the past fifteen years, he has volunteered in veterans organizations, raised funds for veterans, worked at numerous events for veterans, helped organize the Veterans Assistance Center in Vancouver, Washington, and served on its board. He is a member of 40et8, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), the Masons, and the Shriners. As a Vietnam veteran, Ron understands the needs of veterans. Money, resources, and services for veterans are very limited. Ron is committed to providing resources for our veterans, who have protected the freedoms we enjoy.
Rosemary has more than 40 years of teaching experience and is a strong advocate for education. She taught junior high and high school in the Vancouver and Evergreen school districts, was an instructional and professional development coach, directed the implementation of federal and state grants, and presented at regional, state, and national conferences. As a National Board certified teacher, Rosemary has mentored others in earning this prestigious certification. She has published several articles and essays in educational journals and books. Rosemary served as a school board director for Vancouver Public Schools.
Rosemary believes that all people are lifelong learners who can change their lives and improve themselves with the support and encouragement of others. Rosemary shares Ron’s commitment to our country’s veterans. She welcomes the opportunity to work with Ron to serve our customers and our veterans.
